Oh this is definitely the way I'd pitch it; my description was more like "this would be what makes the group good" and not "this is how I'd recruit people." Especially because using what I just wrote as a pitch feels like a terrible way to filter for these personality traits IMO, in the same way that math camps' application processes involve giving applicants actual math problems to solve, not just asking them to write essays about how much they love math. My pitch currently looks something more like "I'd like to make a group of people who bond over running a new unique two-hour event each week!"
